Tiny Toons isn't anything like The Loud House, if anything Tiny Toons was TV Laputa and yes, Tiny Toons was second coming of Christ.

Tiny Toons had characters that were rich, endearing and most importantly THREE DIMENSIONAL! Just like a real person.

Back in the 1990s and really before the reboot butchered it and forced the original crew to do a Rick and Morty spin off no one asked for the fan base was ran by sakuga otaku, furries didn't show up until the reboot as Tiny Toons (as well as everything TMS did between 1983 to 2000) was treated with just as much care and respect as anything that came out of Gainax and Ghibli.

The Loud House's characters are pore, flat and one dimensional.
Tiny Toons' characters on the other hand were rich, endearing and three dimensional.

Outside of TMS's own output only Nadia, Eva (and really anything that Hideaki Anno) and KyoAni's Haruhi Suzumiya and K-On comes close to the depth and complexity that Tiny Toons, Animaniacs and Laura Haruna have, and Tiny Toons, Animaniacs and Laura Haruna puts those other shows to shame due to their crew studding real people before they made cartoons.
