Nah, the government spends literal millions on these pilots and they never have enough to go around as it is, it's nearly impossible to get kicked off flight status unless you're an absolute menace who presents a genuine risk. Like I said in the last thread, probably a slap on the wrist, maybe an extra year or two for the next promotion or at worst he gets transferred to flying in Alaska or something. I also think there's a good chance it's a retirement flight though, so they can't really do anything if so.
