Ye, because of how stale the items are currently. There's too many complaints about items without other people attempting to make new builds.
It wasn't until MSI recently where Riot said no more Haunting Guise stacking, but that's what I basically do on Mel. Mels popular build is a dumb burn build, when it should be all CDR, same with Hwei.
I loved Tank Senna a couple years ago with BoRK -> Locket -> Tabis, and still play her as an Enchanter when her most popular build is AD when Enchanter is still her highest win rate build.
