How about an adaptation of an adaptation? From comics to an action cartoon to a comedy cartoon. If only it wasn't a series banking on nostalgia for a beloved action show and written by people who have said they didn't watch the original show and then proceed to bait people. The characters are so different they could be replaced by originals or even obvious parodies. As for the humor, it's hit or miss but I'll concede that its target audience isn't me.
