Seeing that there are no handtraps, I think you could make it work. You'd have to change their Xyzs into fusions or rituals, but you could always focus their effects on sending things from the GY back to the deck as cost for their effects for the boss monsters.
Basically its something like Light Machine + Innovator but Fairy flavored and probably more focused on getting both monsters and their own traps to the GY to recover/set

Obviously, if we could get Cydra, Cyber Angel will fit right in, especially with their cards like Dakini and Izana being really solid in their own right. You'll have to bake in Benten and Idaten's effects elsewhere (likely the boss monsters) to prevent the usual loop shenanigans they're known for though

Probably wont be able to get their boss monsters without them being changed from Xyz/Links into effect bosses but the idea of having trap hole cards outside of the normal legend (though it is supported) could be funny
