My company is a fucking mess and higher ups just delegate all work in developers under the pretense of "ownership". I'm tired of running after people to get the information I need to do my job. And then when shit hits the fan because literally no one from management has done their job and every update backfires nothing happens, then there's a bug on something I did, on a codebase that would make your average Pajeet look like Terry Davies and then that's a big fucking deal.
I want to grab my manager and bash his skull.
