There's a theory running around that the third Rush game got retooled into Colors DS. I don't know if that's true, but considering Sega's been strangely selectively tightlipped about the series to the point we found out only a few years ago that Unleashed (World Adventure) is a retooled version of the plan Naka wanted to do for Adventure 3 had the Dreamcast not died and Iizuka canned it in favor of Heroes, I'm not surprised.
