Welcomed on arrival by his main Japanese jockey Kato, he said that his horse was unrecognizable, the already kinda hard personality became a hesitant runner afraid of being ridden by people and had chewed off most of his tongue from stress. Credit to Wada, once he realized the horse's condition he put him on a recovery regime but Sirius would never be the same and Kato, while still being respectful of Wada's memory in public, clearly blames him for ruining Sirius with his poor management and ego imo and I'm inclined to agree.
