I'm not talking about neoliberalism adopting islamist ideologies (though they really like to romanticise islam specifically for some reason), I'm talking about enforcing the acceptance of ideas and values that are incompatible with the western way of life on a national level. You can't embrace traditional islamic values and at the same time allow for gender equality, freedom of speech and same sex relationships; it's just completely incompatible.

Either way the problem goes beyond islam. There are also racial conflict and big cultural differences beyond other non white british people. Also it's funny too that the biggest detractors of islamic values being accepted in the UK seem to be the indians living there rather than the white brits, that's kinda hilarious
