>What do you idiots think happens when it reaches 100%? Maybe they'll consult a committee of industry experts who will explain why this whole thing is impossible, but probably they'll reject the idea long before that.
World of Warcraft: Classic (the entirely of its code comes from Nostalrious)
FiveM
RAGE:MP
Star Wars Galaxies
Battlestar Galactica Online
Project Reality (Battlefield 2)
Venice Unleashed (Battlefield 3)
Kyber (Battlefront 2)
Even if they bring industry experts, they gonna bring from the opposite side which will means there are plenty precedents of private hosting of dead games (Like GunZ)
Even so if they cant release documentation, binaries, source code (Which EA did and they are 1000% the most scumbaggy company on Earth)
Private servers do exist but they can copyright struck them any time, any moment, if legal protections come from it, Companies will be forced to lose rights unless they relaunch the servers in a new version, which means new copyright
