This is great idea.
The main mystery IMO isn't who he is but why he came out nowhere and already got into the top 10, implying he had tons of Trust from the get go despite nobody knowing him.
But if this works like the servant system from Fate (which it does, at least to some degree) and this guy is the Red Man in white everything would make sense.
