I have a lot of homeless in my city, and I give water to a local missionary, I asked them about giving blankets and they discouraged it. Something about them using them for tents and setting up camps. I was going to buy a bunch of woobies, but idk now. I've given out those emergency thermal 'blankets'. So now there are IR-shielded bums out there kek.
