It was just overshooting, and only for the step for the ejectors between the orange and red circles.
There's one row of ejectors before, which ejects onto the orange ones, and the belts on the left of this picture are the final destination of the two ejectors in the red circle.
Either way I don't think a video would be worth the trouble, I fixed it with the belt chain.
