Because phone gaming is absolute shit and anyone who recommends it is delusional and not living reality.
>You are using your phone for other tasks such as getting texts, notifications, and so on. Unless you mute all of these and then unmute them when you're done playing games they will regularly be popping up during your gaming session.
>Phone attachments are fairly large and make the thing Switch-width at minimum. They also cost as much if not more than a lower end Chinese handheld. Gamesir controllers are the best bang for the buck in terms of price and quality and even they're anywhere from $40-100.
>Screen aspect ratio is terrible for basically any system so you will always have enormous black spaces horizontally.
>You will be using a phone's battery meaning not only are you actively draining your battery used for phone calls, texts, e-mails, notifications, and more, but gaming in general quickly wears down a phone battery and that includes emulation.
My current phone is from 2020 or 2021, I forget. If I play something as simple as PvZ2 or The Battle Cats on it I go from 100% to 20% in about two hours and this is a phone with a battery at 87% battery health. Phone gamers are delusional who don't use their phones for actual life and play them solely in their homes tethered to a wall.

Because false diagonals are prevalent in basically every Chinese handheld so you have to open the things up and tape the inner portions of each contact to prevent these issues. It's by far the worst on the RG34XX where out of the box the thing will be hitting diagonals hitting dead center on the direction at times. I have misclicked so many times on Super Mariomon it's insane because of that.
The RG35XX-H also has dome piercing issues where you need to get washers 3D printed to place on the silicone membranes of the buttons, and depending on rev 1 or 2 of the device you may need to do both the d-pad and buttons.
