Lappland2's S3 at M3 lasts for 40 seconds and costs 54 SP.
Yu's S3 costs 55 SP and lasts for 42 seconds at SL7 which is pretty close to a perfect rotation with Lappland's skill. At M3 his skill last 45 seconds, which is very noticeable and slows down the combo rotation unless you activate his skill like 5 seconds before Lappland. The extra stats from M3 are really not worth the pain in the ass.
