They don't specify. All 3 versions of her like that have wielded Rhongomyniad for too long so there is room for both aging and for Goddess Rhongomyniad's influence. The divergences are:
>Normal Lancer: Artoria just wielded Rhongomyniad as her main weapon than Excalibur which caused a difference in appearance
>Lion King: Bedivere's reluctance made him fail to deliver Excalibur in the 3rd time. Due to that Artoria misses the timing of her death and keeps living. Without Excalibur she uses Rhongomyniad for the centuries that follow and this morphs her into a living goddess by inheriting the traits of Goddess Rhongomyniad
>Lancer Alter: The Lion King that was being transformed into a goddess wanted to remain human and used any way she could find to stop the metamorphosis. She eventually reached all the way to the Heaven's Feel timeline and drew from the grail mud that afflicted Saber Alter to purposefully curse herself. This allowed her to remain human. This Artoria ends up as the leader of the Wild Hunt, the King of Storms.
In all situations she had Rhongomyniad. In none it's specified if she'd naturally have grown like that.
