I tried to do some experimenting of my own this weekend with my shit tier USB supply. It's 250mV Vpp measured at the source. But when I put the scope probes close to the load it becomes about 120mV Vpp.
I don't know does that make sense or what. I'm using an Zoyi zt-703s scope meter.
