FSR4 is several tiers of quality above FSR3. Frankly the best part of FSR4's release is that finally people stopped pretending FSR3 is good and finally admitted it was always a piece of shit, only resorted to if you had no other option.
Once you get a 9070XT or an Nvidia card (don't) you'll see the light and realize good image quality can still be achieved in the age of temporalslop, but not on older RDNA cards or GTX cards.
