NieA_7 is not a bad show, but it didn't reach its full potential. NieA_7 can be thought of as "The Melancholy of Kyonko" + Love Hina minus the "love" part as its neither a harem nor a romance set in a cheaper bathhouse. Also something about Japan's Lost Decade and the District 9 Mothership.
