USGS can get on my nerves sometimes, because a lot of people are under the false impression that the Juan de Fuca plate is totally silent outside of what is visible on the USGS map. It definitely isn't, you just have to look at Canada's EQ map. :(

The amount of times I have considered launching a monitoring system for just that plate is stupid. I just want to see it all on one window :(
