1x6 40 kgs, 1x9 35 kgs, 1x7 30 kgs (long positive and negative taking like 8 seconds per rep) unilateral across body lat pulldowns
3x6 36 kgs (new pr) dumbbell rows
1x3 87,5 kgs, 1x4 85 kgs, 1x6 80 kgs machine low rows
1x20 40 kgs close grip palms up pulldowns for the tendinitis (mentzer ROCKED)
10 mins cardio rowing (130 kcal btfo'd)
