You're unlikely to find a kit for that, but maybe you could kitbash one using the Gunfighters Mounted kit and the WGA Conquistadors Cavalry kit and/or Warlord Games Pike & Shotte Cavalry kit? Maybe you could get some sprues of each off ebay and put something together?
