Even if that 1 card has a million hp it's irrelevant, you dont play haven.
What haven needs is board presence like sword does or what the 9pp abyss card does, hp is irrelevant board presence is what is needed.
And haven lacks the draw power of rune to just go full monkey low pp haven ward cards and spamming it on the field.
