Mine is that whole cop hospital saga, where they kidnap and enslave people but also provide them with excellent healthcare for some reason. IIRC the cops didn't like or respect their female commander, but didn't gang rape and overthrow her. The whole thing was a mess. I assume the comic fleshed it out better.
