It sounds restrictive but I don't think you realize just how much shit you have available to eat on carnivore.
>Red meat - beef / elk / lamb / bison
>White meat - pork / chicken / duck
>All fish, lobster, clams, crab, shrimp etc.
>Eggs, cheese, yogurt, kefir, milk
>Coffee + Tea
Yesterday I had some bacon and cheese egg bites, a beef sausage, and a latte for breakfast, then for dinner I had a hamburger patty grilled with 2 salmon filets. If I'm ever hungry and lazy I just dump a frozen sausage in the air fryer or eat a can of tuna with olive oil and onions sauce. It's the easiest thing ever. I never have to worry about my next meal because cooking is easy as fuck, and without insulin spikes I don't feel like shit after eating.
