I started on an emulator awhile ago but i never got past account level 22. I'm now up to account 30.

So i got the choice ticket like uh should i use it on the selective recruitment or try and get Kisaki from the sonic type one?
Should I save my free rolls since I already have Seia since I keep seeing people talk about "BlueFes" and that it'll like have double 3 star rate up or something.
