The easiest way is to just civitai. Right now you can't share a lora there of a real person, but you can still train one.
I tried in the past using dreambooth, and it was a pain in the ass.
Training a flux lora on civitai costs 2000 buzz or whatever, which I think is worth about a dollar or two.
Still way easier then doing it yourself.
