I am more and more convinced that taxing anything beyond the third home to hell is the solution. Boomers can keep their vacation homes but it forces the Blackrock jews and investment chinks to sell. You'd probably need a ramp up of a 5-10% tax increase on the third home per year otherwise it would completely crash the economy, and boomers would still bitch about their zestimates going down, but at this point it's the only solution that doesn't involve violence.
