On a very technical level - no, mod works with 2.41 just fine.
But, patches with specific changes might not work. E.g. 2.41 doesn't have La Croix sprite i used in packed with the mod Enemy_Patches.rb, so to make it not crash you'd need to remove that edit/patch or change it to some other sprite if you wish.
Similarly, if there were id changes in skills or other objects, patches would apply to wrong things or just empty things. I just made those off of 3.06 files, so.
But important part - patches would apply, mod does work, as intended.
Pic - i've quickly whipped up random ass changes to normal ass Dagger, but in 2.41. Everything applied correctly: new skills, stats changes, note changes.

Again, mod now allows any changes to the game objects such as skills/actors/weapons/armors/etc., not limited to Note changes and applied immediately without any translation repatching.
