I would help you, but I can only get into 35+ Havoc games on my Zealot or Vet since so many people are playing Arbites, so the most I could give you would be theorycrafting bullshit. I personally don't ever put full stock into what Darktide youtubers say because I've seen them say enough wrong shit or Good luck.

In case you want to experiment, this is what I was trying to run for a Mk VI shield build in Havocs before I gave up getting a group. Worked fine in the low 30s. You could swap mines for nades if you want some damage instead of even more CC. Opportunist + High Voltage on shield. MK VIII Shotgun with successive shots (for bossing) and either damage to staggered or Full Bore. Shield is GOATed CC and strong damage (not as strong as 1H maul, but the trade-off is worth with Havoc randoms, as another anon said).

Dog builds with Puncture bolter/bolt pistol and the dog explosion are also very powerful.
