I'd rather see anon get rich from a solid multiplier than lose it all on some street-shitcoin like a turd-world jeet. I hope they stay poor and destitute forever so actual people can do real work. I might be biased here.
Seems 2020s hotness is semiconductors, since 2010s was FAGMAN. If China is srs /biz/nss about a Taiwan invasion by 2027, companies that are dependent on Taiwan will probably crash (NVDA, AMD, TSM, etc.) while other companies that are struggling today (INTC, TXN, MU) will probably rise in price since they have working non-Taiwan fabs.
Right now, SiC and GaN are in the stealth wealth phase. We don't have a strong need for extremely efficient, highly compact, high power applications just yet, and the tech is relatively nascent and expensive. They will be necessary for the mechanized electric pixie boxes to get lighter and more performant.
I'm only saying this because I habitually ignore investing in things I genuinely believe in, and watch them fly to the stratosphere years later. I'm on my way to fixing that mistake now that I actually have discretionary income for once.

It's highly risky, but potentially highly rewarding. If they are successful with SiC and GaN, it will make NVIDIA look like a joke, because those chips will be in everything non-chinesium that handles over 110V.
