Asking again because there was no reply the last thread.
How and when does one increase weight in 5/3/1? I see there is a seventh week protocol, but that seems to happen way too often. It says that I am supposed to do it between leader and anchor programs. I am doing two leaders with one anchor. Do I deload between the leader and anchor, then increase the weight by my new training max in between the anchor and leader, or do I increase the weight by 5 or 10 pounds no matter what?
