I'll try settling two days in the week to go out and woolk, even though I woolk to go anywhere in my city that is not the hospital. I'm really short, so you can imagine walking takes me some time, even though I'm fast at walking now.

Honestly the most difficult part about walking is going up stairs, that shit will end my lungs in a jiffy. But aside from that, I can walk for long periods of time... Until my feet start to hurt. I'm using some boot-looking sneakers that are DEFINITELY NOT MEANT for WALKING a LONG time. Once I get a job one of the first things I'll buy is apt-for-walking-shoes.

Understandable, I always wonder why after some time I see things differently in comparison to when I first watched them. Some songs I don't like at all on the first listen, and then after some time I'll be humming them or singing them or listening to them without nooticing.

That's why I said, she didn't recommend people follow HER specifically. She motivated OTHERS to do a normal exercise schedule and have better diets that involve more protein and nutrients and not just saturated fats and sugars. Reading should be easy, fren.
