stats: 19 years old, 80kg, 1 year of lifting
so the first 2 months of running a full powerlifting-focused program have passed and at first I was really scared of losing my upper-body gains but I didnt really notice any regress since then
the plan doesnt involve parts like upper chest, arms, shoulders etc. and the only maintainment I do for now is 5-6 failiure sets of bicep curls and lateral raises once a week, bench went up from 100kg x3 to 115kg x1 deadlift 125kg to 140kg and squat 105kg -> 115kg so I think Its going in the right direction
