This is completely false in JP. Same will happen with global. Same has already happened to global.
Even a f2p can easily win 95% of G1 races if they have MLB Kitasan. I do it every day. And it's way more extreme in JP. Those with the most time on their hand rule CM and have best parents. You can whale as much as you want but unless you're spending 10 hours a day farming sparks it won't matter.
