if you're curious on the exact numbers:
it was 0.03 hp regen per strength up until 2017 when it was buffed to 0.06.
now it's 0.1 so ~3.33x more (0.1 since 2018)
also many heroes has more base hp regen now.

so generally it's probably like 3.5x to 4x more base hp regen now.
