Therapy as a means of just "talking to someone" in order to vent, which is what most men need, has been superseded by LLMs and I think they do a much better job at it than most people, while being so much more efficient and cost effective

This is for men that just need to vent and someone to talk to. Seriously mentally ill people like schizophrenics and such, will of course need further intervention
