I think she's too old to be kept afloat without destroying her. The Constitution has and entire oak tree forest owned by the US Navy just to keep her in replacement timber. Britain has less than 200 operational main battle tanks. I doubt they have the money or commitment to do something like tat for the Victory and it's a damn shame. She's a magnificent ship of the line. It's going to be a sad day when the shitskins deface it and put the torch to her along with the chapels and cathedrals.
