My buddy was playing RS2 Vietnam and using TWI clan tags saying he worked for Tripwire and "i am gay" the actual devs of the game banned him, not steam, not the server, like they nullified his purchase of the game but he didn't get a refund and they blocked his account from buying it again LOL
