Not really because Tribbie's E1 at it's very worst is a 24% undiluted True DMG teamwide buff, equal to Robin's E1. And the moment the boss summons 1 or 2 mobs she's already doubling or trippling Robin's E1 value. Of course, Her 5 target value is ridiculous because you're quintupling Robin's E1 value but even at her worst her buffs are excellent

He's pretty fun. He can clear this Apoc Shadow with a full sustainless team but you need to play around the boss weakness bar to skip some of his mechanics.

Sure, she is usable. Not ultra mega busted T0, but she is pretty good, in my opinion. Though if you want to have her actual most optimal build you'd have to rebuild a lot.
