In that case yeah, of course it will depend on whether you like their gameplay/animations and all but there are quite a few characters with spread out damage on their kits and some having multiple nukes, the ones that come to mind right away would be all the Rovers, Danjin, Changli, Camellya, Carlotta, Zani, Cantarella, Cartethyia.
