Anyone else feel so suicidal but scared of actually going through the process of killing themselves? Like I've thought about jumping but it seems scary, I've thought of overdosing on pills but I've heard it can instead leave you suffering for days or weeks and not actually finish you off.

Like I hate this inbetween where I am not 100% sure I want to actually die, or if I just think it's the only way out.

Can anyone relate?
