Some kind of parameter must be set ie "the majority population of this continent as of the year x". I will admit that I don't have all the answers ready or details ironed out but I know that Aryans don't belong in Africa and Africans have no place in Europe. The particulars of a nation fade into the background when racial questions are raised. The cultural and linguistic differences of the race should not matter in these matters: the French, German, Anglo, and all other Aryan nations should be united in the fact that they are all Aryan. The same applies for the African and Asian races.
