It's all in the proportions. Compare him to the previous, I always thought he looked much slicker. Krookodile is far from a bad or ugly mon but I think it's a huge missed opportunity to not have done something more to Kook's design. They kind of made him a little fatter and puffed up his face, so his arms look even tinier by comparison. They really should have changed a couple more things.
