I've looked into basic modding after your post and found an "easy" working method. But I didn't want to release a single true "Remove Cringe VO" mod and neither did I want to support multiple versions so I thought it'd be nice to create a script that creates the version you want.

It's a clunky piece of shit written with Python and AI but it's usable.
Webm only shows the VO selector part, you still need to unpack game assets, which is easy but not single button easy (it's possible but I'm lazy) and you'll have to download extraction programs separately
