My point is if you read their religion they love being slaves, every story in the torah is about them becoming beaten down in trodden and that is when a Jesus type figure arises and gives the power to overcome their oppressors. The story of Yeshua is the story of their people. Once they get rich and powerful they decide to become underdogs again and to get oppressed again so they can repeat the process, putting another nail in their flesh.
