In general, no. And I say this as someone who has played at least a dozen gachas and keep several in daily rotation. Part of it is due to the nature of gacha, where it needs to keep introducing new characters and settings as long as the game is profitable which means the story can never actually meaningfully explore the majority of the characters and the itself needs to keep chugging along well after the writers have ran out of ideas, so there's less and less narrative cohesion.
Also I've long since accepted that tweet posts like this are almost always made by teens or fat dudes that have played less games and seen less movies then even the average 4channer so you can never take these things seriously.
Out of all the gachas I played, I'll say Limbus really is the only one that I would consider to have an actual decent story with narrative cohesion and that's mostly due to it restricting it's main cast to just 12-ish characters. heaven Burns Red gets an honorable mention but that game is really just a visual novel retooled into a gacha in order to survive the modern game industry.
