Because the SCAR, M80 and Tac30 are all available at traders (right now), and is probably gonna be the best loadout available at traders since there's no flea
Nerfed plate because they said they're gonna nerf "high level loot" and a community manager confirmed it's mostly targeted at high level Ammo/armor/equipment
Still I dont know what kind of restrictions they're gonna apply to traders, I just know people will figure out the new meta quick enough
