is it really that bad?
I look at LA and SF, some of the most beautiful cities (SF is, LA used to be), and marvel at the buildings. the SF bay area is some of the wealthiest land in the world.

But Baja california is really that barren? it's also a bay, a massive bay, people want more beachfront properties. I'm wondering why this prime real estate is ignored.
