I'd been an occultist and later an atheistic satanist and yet later a theistic satanist of sorts at one point in my life. I had an abusive childhood and went from questioning Christianity because of that agony that I held in my heart to abject hatred of it and Christians. I'd even ended up brushing shoulders with O9A types at times, nothing was new or esoteric to me beyond a certain point. I only came back home to God a couple of years ago, yet I know in my heart that I'm staying here for good now.
Satan plays into your most base, bestial desires and ambitions. It's always a lie. Crack and fentanyl feel really, really good too - that doesn't mean that using them is good or okay or acceptable. To this day my deepest regret out of my entire life is still having turned to the occult and satan. You aren't even done with it when you stop either, because it follows you in a way that only people who have also gone on that same sinister path as me know.
